Under Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Agentron Technology as the data controller, within the scope described below.

Personal Data Processed
- Identity and contact data: name, email, phone, company, and job title.
- Transaction security data: IP address, session records, log records.
- Customer transaction data: records relating to requests, support, and contracts.
- Marketing data: communication consents and preference information.
Purposes of Processing
- Providing products and services, and responding to demo and information requests.
- Fulfilling contractual and legal obligations.
- Ensuring information security and auditing processes.
- Conducting marketing and communication activities where consent is given.
Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:
- Being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract.
- Being necessary for the data controller to fulfill a legal obligation.
- The legitimate interests of the data controller, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
- Your explicit consent, where required.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to the hosting and technology providers we work with to deliver the service, and to authorized public institutions within the scope of legal obligations, in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and with appropriate security measures in place. Cross-border transfers are carried out subject to the conditions required by law.
Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through website forms, email, phone, contracts, and platform usage, by automated or partially automated means.
Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period necessary for the purpose of processing and for the periods prescribed by applicable law. Once those periods expire, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Rights of the Data Subject (Article 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, to request information about it.
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, domestically or abroad.
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurately processed data.
- To request deletion or destruction of the data within the conditions set by law.
- To object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis of the data.
- To request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of the data.
How to Apply
You can submit requests regarding the rights above, together with information verifying your identity, to info@agentron.ai. Your requests are concluded within the periods prescribed by the KVKK (no later than thirty days).
