Scope
This Privacy Policy covers personal data processed through the Emploid platform and the emploid.ai website, operated by Agentron Technology ("Agentron", "we").
It applies to website visitors, prospects who request a demo, and platform users. When we process data belonging to our customers' own end users, Agentron acts as a data processor, and that relationship is governed by a separate data processing agreement.
Data We Collect
- Identity and contact data: name, email, phone, company, and job title (via the demo form or account creation).
- Usage data: session information, click and navigation data, device and browser details.
- Content data: documents you upload, and the digital workers and workflows you build.
- Communication records: support requests, email correspondence, and meeting notes.
How We Use Data
- To provide the service, manage your account, and schedule the demos you request.
- To measure platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product.
- To meet our legal obligations and maintain security.
- To send product updates and marketing messages where you have opted in.
Customer Data and Model Training
The content and customer data you upload to the platform are not used to train foundational AI models. Your data is processed solely to provide the service to you, under your instructions.
Prompts routed to third-party model providers within our multi-LLM architecture are subject to those providers' enterprise data terms; we use enterprise endpoints where training on inputs is disabled.
Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was processed and for the statutory periods required by applicable law. Once those periods expire, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Data Security
- Encryption in transit and at rest (TLS, AES-256).
- Role-based access control (RBAC) and the principle of least privilege.
- sha256-signed audit logs and a traceable activity history.
- Multi-tenant isolation and regular security reviews.
Your Rights
