Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Agentron Technology ("Agentron") and any natural or legal person using the Emploid platform ("User", "you"). By accessing the platform or using the service, you represent that you have read and accepted these terms.
Definitions
- Platform: the Emploid digital workforce infrastructure and all associated modules.
- Digital Worker: an AI agent defined on the platform with a role, skills, and workflows.
- Customer Data: the content and data you upload to or generate on the platform.
- Service: all platform functionality and support provided by Agentron.
Description of Service
Emploid is a digital workforce infrastructure that lets organizations connect AI agents to enterprise roles, processes, and measurable outcomes. The scope of the service depends on the package you choose and your agreement with us.
Agentron reserves the right to continuously improve the service and will notify users a reasonable time in advance of material functional changes.
Account and Responsibility
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized use.
- You must ensure the information you provide to the platform is accurate and up to date.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:
- Generating content that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or public order.
- Actions that compromise platform security, reverse-engineer it, or abuse the service.
- Unauthorized access attempts, distributing malware, or overloading the service.
- Using the platform to develop a competing product without authorization.
Intellectual Property
The platform, software, design, trademarks, and all related intellectual property rights belong to Agentron. These terms transfer no ownership rights to you other than the right to use the service.
The Customer Data and digital worker configurations you create on the platform remain your property.
Customer Data
All rights in Customer Data belong to you. Agentron processes this data solely to provide the service and under your instructions; it is not used to train foundational AI models.
Where processing involves personal data, the terms of a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) apply.
Fees and Payment
Fees for the service are determined by the package you choose and the commercial agreement between us. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, fees are stated exclusive of taxes and are payable in the periods specified in the agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is". Agentron does not warrant that AI outputs will be error-free or complete in all circumstances. Generated outputs should be evaluated together with human oversight for critical decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agentron is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Agentron's total liability is limited to the service fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service in accordance with the conditions set out in the agreement. Upon termination, you will be given a reasonable opportunity to export your Customer Data; thereafter, data is deleted in accordance with the applicable policies.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.
Changes
Agentron may update these terms. The current version is published on this page; the "last updated" date is refreshed for material changes. Your continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
